This evening, the Solent Devils are excited to announce the return of Latvian forward, Ralfs Circenis.
Commenting on his return says
“I’ll bring high energy and goal contributions as well as do my job on special teams whether that’s PP or PK.”
Head Coach, Alex Murray stated
“It’s great to have Ralfs back, he is an exceptional player at this level and we are ecstatic to have him back. Ralfs is one of the best players in the league and I’m sure will lead the score charts for the Devils this year!”
Circenis adds
“My goal for next season is to win silver wear and make a good run in the play offs.”
When asked about any positives that could be taken from the past 18 months and the Spring Cup Series, Ralfs reflected on the impact to hockey, work and everything else and said
“Participation in the spring cup was crucial for everyone including me as it meant we could play some competitive games and not completely lose the competitive edge over the 18 months.”
On the subject of favourite rink Circenis concludes
“MK because it is NHL size’ish with large end zones small neutral zone.”
