WEDGE IS BACK
The Solent Devils continue to develop their new roster for the 2026/27 NIHL 1 South season tonight with the announcement of their 19th player!
Joining the squad, the Solent Devils are thrilled to announce the return of British Forward, Charlie Wedge!
Wedge’s 2025/26 season was cut short due to injury but he still managed to leave an impact finishing the NIHL 2 season with 18 points in 9 games! (a goal and an assist a game) and in NIHL 1 finishing half-a-point-a-game! His performances and work-ethic earned him a contract which saw his National League Debut playing 3 games for the Milton Keynes Lightning alongside former Devil, Elliot Lewis.
Now, the 23 year old looks to return to continue his development and build on his performances in the 2026/27 season.
Charlie Wedge will continue to wear #22 for the Solent Devils.
